Advanced Call History
Advanced Call History is an application for tracking all call types (incoming, outgoing, missed) and for generating reports based on data collected to database.
Application groups calls by contact name in the phone address book and generates reports about all calls by number in selected time frame. The report will contain all call records from company#1 to you and vice versa, if the address book contains all phone numbers of the company#1.
Use:
For anyone who wants to know how much they talk in certain time frame, for anyone who has a „mobile call center“ and wants to accurately charge their service provided over the phone, without paying for these reports to telecom operators.. At the end of the month, just generate „Advanced Call History“ for desired time frame and export it to .csv file.
